Cell doesent have the personality and emotion of Gohan therfore could not have sutch a rage boost IMO because he only cares about himself. He doesent have as mutch to lose as Gohan, who got a rage boost because his friends and family were in danger.

He was only ever stated to have collected cells from Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, Freeza and King Cold.

Just a quick question to see what you all think on this:

I remember Cell saying he had the DNA of only the people entailed in the above quote. However, during the Cell games, Cell used Tien's Multiform technique. Did he have some cells from Tien as well or was this just an anime only thing or did someone else know that technique too?

Well it seems like Cell decided not to get any more Saiyan Cells than necessary because he mentioned that he didn't need Trunks' Cells due to already having sufficient Saiyan Cells from Goku and Vegeta so it's possible that Gero didn't bother giving him Gohan's Cells either. After all Gero was mainly watching Goku's battles and didn't even see anything on Namek so missed out on most of Gohan's big rage boosts and only saw his smaller ones on earth which seemed insignificant compared to Goku and Vegeta's power at the time so he most likely didn't see Gohan as important.

Also Gohan had to explain to Cell about his hidden powers and Cell seemed unaware of them until then so I doubt he had Gohan's Cells, or at least the ones that made the rage boosts possible. Also there's no telling what it is that enables Gohan to access such power. It could be that it can only be triggered by a desperate need to help others which is something that Cell never had. Or it could be some sort of mystical power thing to do with Chi Chi's side of the family.

"The future of Gohan. The Future of Chi Chi. Not to mention the future of the entire universe. It all depends on me!!!! And I don't care if you're a million times stronger than me! I'm not going to let them down! So get ready Frieza because this time you're going Down!!!"
